Bena Optics utilizes advanced shaping and polishing techniques, including CNC machining, to achieve initial surface accuracy. They perform preliminary polishing to reach standard optical surface roughness, followed by high-precision surface correction to meet final shape requirements, and finish with ultra-smooth surface polishing. The surface accuracy can reach nanometer levels, and surface roughness can be below 0.2 nm. Bena Optics employs cutting-edge polishing equipment such as IBF and MRF.
